At MomNCute, we uphold strict hygiene and quality standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns for used, worn, washed, or altered clothing. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, and a return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, a refund will be processed using the original payment method. If the item fails to meet our return conditions, the return will be rejected and the item may be sent back.
